You'll start with a few sessions of Personal Training (one on one) and then move to small group classes. You will focus on body weight movements as well as use lightweight barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells etc.
We’ll teach you the basics, emphasize proper technique, and you’ll get a kick-ass workout too.
In each session, a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in our program, as well as review your range of motion and various scales (and modifications if necessary) to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the class, you will participate in a strength and conditioning-style workout.
