Begin with 4 one-on-one personal training sessions, then transition to small group classes. We’ll start with bodyweight movements and introduce lightweight barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells.
Learn the basics, master proper technique, and grow your confidence while getting in a great workout!
In each session, a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements used in our class programming. They will also review your range of motion and provide various scales and modifications to ensure you move safely. After the instructional portion, you will participate in a strength and conditioning-style workout.
We guarantee you will get sweaty and have fun. Once you are competent in the daily movements of our program, you will begin to add load, fine-tune your techniques, and truly experience the full SPARK gym benefits. Most importantly, you will GET RESULTS!
