World class coaching and facilities

The SPARK gym and coaching staff are second to none in this city. All coaches have post-secondary education in the field (Kinesiology Degrees) and various certifications and professional designations

that must be maintained through continued education related to strength and conditioning.

For over 15 years, SPARK Sport Conditioning has been open to young athletes (and adults) and has played a role in several athletes furthering their athletic careers in many different sports, most notably helping young players get drafted to the NHL and Junior Hockey, playing in various professional sports leagues in the USA and overseas,

earning scholarships to universities in Canada and the US, representing their country at the national level, and even helped a few realize their Olympic dreams.
