Youth Strength & Conditioning Camp
Stay in game shape without team training
Do you have teens 14-17 that can’t play sports due to provincial guidelines? Are they worried about their fitness for when they can finally play again? We can help!
Starting April 19th, we will be running 4-week strength and conditioning camps to help youth athletes prepare for their season. These recurring sessions will run until sports have returned!
We’ll help athletes improve speed, quickness, and agility, build strength and explosive power, and boost endurance and work capacity.
SPARK will be running small group strength and conditioning camps for your young athletes to get them ready for their season.
Dates: Monday/Wednesday nights starting April 19, 6-7pm
Cost: $159+tax for each 4-week training block
