Our legends classes are groups of like-minded individuals looking to develop or maintain their strength into older age. Structured just like a regular SPARK class, the trainers are able to tailor exercises to each members’ mobility and strength specifications.
If our classes don’t sound like your thing right off the bat, individualized 1-on-1 consultations and sessions are always available to get you started.
